Hello my lovely friends!

Lesismore and Harris&DeBray are busier than ever and we have you to thank for that!! A big hug to each and every one of you for continuing to support live music – and us!!

This week:
Tomorrow, I’m singing the national anthem at a huge event at the Trade & Convention Center, which is super exciting. It’s private so you can’t come but you can think about me at 7pm singing it out for those people. Curtis on guitar, of course.

Thursday Oct 15th, Harris&DeBray play the lovely One20 Pub in North Delta from 6:30-9:30pm. Yay!! We love One20! It’d be VERY cool to see you there. Just sayin…

Friday Oct 16th, Harris&DeBray are heading out to Mickey’s Public House in Coquitlam for the very first time! We play from 7-9:30pm – why not drop by and say hello? 170 Golden Drive. (604) 468-2828 for information.

Saturday Oct 17th, the Lesismore Trio plays Big Rock Urban as part of their “Retro Saturdays” concert series down near the Olympic Village from 8-10:30pm. It’s at the corner of 4th and Alberta – easy to find and lots of free parking. This is a cool venue! Delish food, view of the beer making production facility, warm and friendly staff – fun! Drop by for a cold bevvie and some live music if you’re in the mood – we’d love to see you.

On Friday Oct 23rd, it’s back out to Mickey’s in Coquitlam for Harris&DeBray. Same details as above.

Next up – it’s “Ladies Sing the Blues” at The Edgewater Casino on Saturday Oct 24th! I’m really excited about this gig because some of Vancouver’s finest female singers are on the bill with me! We’re talking Joani Bye, Catherine St Germain, Nadine States, Alita Dupray and introducing Amanda Dean! For $10 this is gonna be QUITE the evening of entertainment! We’re all being backed up by Rob Montgomery’s Allstar Band. Put on your dancing shoes and get down there!! All the information is on the poster above.

And then it’s Halloween night at the majestic Columbia Theatre in New West on Saturday Oct 31st. Lesismore – the quintet (and you know that means Steve Hilliam is joining us on sax) – is playing first at 8pm, then Billy Dixon’s Soul Train Express is gonna rock you until late. Yay!! We will be in costume and so will you because you can win prizes by doing that!! Tickets are $30 and there are still some available so please email me for yours at leslie@lesismoremusic.com. We are gonna have FUN!!! Oh, how I love Halloween.

And this just in: We are bringing in the New Year at The Fireside Public House in Sapperton (New West) with a “Chip Hart Presents” show!! Yay! That means that Curtis, Jeremy and I are joining the incredibly talented Chip Hart (drummer extraordinaire) and playing for you in this intimate and very charming setting and it’s gonna be THE party to be at!! Tickets are $40 each which includes dinner and a drink – now THAT is an amazing deal, non? Yup. The place only holds 100 so it’ll sell out for sure. Contact me at leslie@lesismoremusic.com or Rita Hart (ritahart@shaw.ca) for your tickets.

See you at the gigs!
Leslie & the boys
