Welcome to Lesismore’s website!
Happy New Year Everyone!!
I hope you’re all ready for the new year, the new decade and some new fun! We sure are. I think 2020 is going to be a fantastic year filled with all sorts of wonderful things for all of us.
Which segues right into this first weekend of the year when Harris&DeBray plays the lovely Blue Martini Café in Kits on Friday and Saturday nights, Jan 3rd and 4th from 8-11pm. Yippee! Now THAT’S how you start a new year. Make a reservation cuz it’s a busy place. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces there. 604.428.2691.
On Sunday Jan 5th, Lesismore will be playing The Princeton Pub at 1901 Powell Street for the first time and we are stoked! Our dear friend Sinead X Sanders is down with a bad cold so we’re subbing for her! Sandy Bone is joining us on drums which is fantastic, Curtis DeBray on guitar, Lee Oliphant on bass and little old me on vocals. 4:30-7:30pm, no cover. Fun times!!
On Sunday January 19th, Ladies Sing the Blues will be at The Fairview Pub for our first show of 2020! We play from 4:30-7:30 and it’s always a fun time there. Put on your dancing shoes and come out and join us! $15 cover charge.
Okay, is this not the best poster you’ve EVER seen? Omigod, I laughed so hard when I saw it. Hahahaha! So, this Thursday Dec 19th, I get to join all these amazing musicians at The Fairview and sing my little heart out for YOU!! It’s gonna be so fun that I really think you should get down there and enjoy some Christmas frivolity with us! Right? Yup.
On Sat Dec 28th, Harris&DeBray is heading over to the North Shore to play The Raven Pub from 8:30-11:30pm! That’ll also be really fun. You should all be over your Christmas Carb Coma by then so no excuses for not coming. Lol!!
And this just in – on Friday and Saturday Jan 3rd and 4th, Harris&DeBray will play the lovely Blue Martini from 8-11pm! A two nighter! Love it.
Merry Christmas everyone. I hope yours is filled with love and laughter.
Much love from us,
Leslie & the boys
Now here’s a show that I am super stoked about!! It’s a tradition every December in Vancouver and one that I’ve supported for years but this year, I get to play it!! That’s right, Lesismore, featuring Curtis DeBray on guitar, Lee Oliphant on bass, Ed Johnson on drums and yours truly on vocals will be rockin’ The Railway stage on Saturday Dec 7th at 8pm sharp. OMIGOD! I am a very happy girl! You can do your part by coming out and paying a mere $10 at the door (for a great cause) and then enjoying all these bands!
See you there!
